They can be used in a multitude of ways such as smoothies, salads, garnishes, sandwich toppings, and more. The possibilities are endless, and they are super tasty too!
What's truly remarkable is that Microgreens are up to 40X more nutrient dense than fully-grown vegetables, making them one of nature's truest Superfoods!
Microgreens are known to aid in preventing a wide range of diseases and can assist with weight management and dieting. They're also known for their ability to boost both mental and physical health and improve overall well-being. These nutrition-packed greens are rich in antioxidants which help the body eliminate unstable waste molecules known as "free radicals." Free Radicals are thought to be a contributor to the development of certain cancers.
